After attending classes at WEA and the Hindmarsh library with instruction from Arthur Avetisian, several fellow enthusiasts formed a painting group which we call “Blend”.
Together we have explored the excitement, the frustration, the disappointment and the elation that happens when pigment and water are applied to paper. It is a rewarding and totally absorbing pastime.
My Story
I have exhibited my work at West Lakes Library (Ngutungka), Findon Library, the Hindmarsh Library and here at Ginger’s Vintage Lounge Bar, initially as a member of the Ginger Lee’s Post Pandemic Collective.

I have attended workshops with Gerhart Ritter at Pepper Street, Robyn Hicks at Atelier, Larissa Fraser at Duthy Street, and Chan Dissanayaki at Summer Brushes in Horsham and I am a member of the Pastel Association of South Australia. My sister Joe Dennis has mentored me through the joys of using watercolour.

The Blend collective is currently preparing work for this year’s SALA Festival, with exhibitions at Ginger’s and the Hindmarsh Library.
